01 · Seasonality
When to lean in — and when to pull back
Flat budget ÷ days ignores Saturdays, holidays, and geo peaks. A seasonal engine compares paid vs organic curves so you see over-invest months before you waste them.
Marketing × AI systems · Seattle
Seattle born and raised, with more than ten years in mobile growth. I am the definition of “jack of all trades, master of none” — started as a freelance graphic designer doing customer support, and somehow ended up a marketer learning to vibe-code with AI while speaking on how to 10x our work.
Work
How I make paid growth readable — seasonality, halo effects, vendor briefs, creative gates. Visuals below use illustrative data on purpose. The shapes are what matter.
01 · Seasonality
Flat budget ÷ days ignores Saturdays, holidays, and geo peaks. A seasonal engine compares paid vs organic curves so you see over-invest months before you waste them.
02 · Search structure · ASA
Brand / category / discovery tiers with graduation rules — so Exact doesn’t eat Broad, and new queries earn budget instead of sitting in Match forever.
03 · Incrementality
Paid shouldn’t just steal organic installs. Charts like this make the trade visible — net-new lift vs self-competition — so you can defend budget with a picture, not a vibe.
04 · Automation
Pull UAC + MMP, write the callouts, ship a short brief on a cadence — so status isn’t a Slack scavenger hunt.
Weekly vendor brief · illustrative
05 · Creative systems · human-in-the-loop
AI drafts and self-checks against brand, legal, and a synthetic voice gate — then you approve before anything goes live. Same visual language as conference demos: create → auto-check → ship.
06 · Agents & adoption
Typed MCP tools for ads and warehouse data — write access gated. Shared skills beat one-off training so the team still has something to open on Monday.
Illustrative data throughout — not live client numbers. Strategy and system shapes are real.
Pricing
One channel or all of them. Fixed fee, quoted before work starts.
Pacing loops, briefs, API wiring. Priced to the workload.
Readiness map, shared skills, evals so adoption sticks past week three.
Speaking & press
This year I pushed past my comfort zone as an introvert to take on stages and talks about mobile, automation, and AI, and how we keep improving. More dates are already on the calendar. If you want me to talk with your team or at an event, feel free to reach out.
MobileAction published the Square success story. Read the case study. Apple Ads across 8 geographies and 5 apps. The conference cut will sit here when it is public.

With Christian Krejcik, Head of Revenue AMER at MobileAction. Scaling Apple Ads across eight geographies and five apps.

Formerly Sara San Antonio. Most of the talks, the case study, and LinkedIn are still under my maiden name. I am introverted. That shows up in Myers Briggs too, and it is just who I am day to day.
I grew up here, went to school here, and never left. Seattle is my home. It is where my family is, and where I met my now husband.
Pacific time is not a preference. It is the ground everything else stands on.

Both of my parents are Filipino. Each side has seven to eight siblings. I am an only child, which means big family energy with a small immediate household. This is just part of who I am.

Mainly East Coast. Big gatherings, everyone showing up, the kind of family that fills the whole frame.

The family I grew up with. They came to the mainland from Hawaii, then spread across the West Coast: mainly Washington, plus San Diego, with Hawaii still in the mix. Close, loyal, always in the photos.
I fell in love with Shelties. After my last relationship, I wanted a dog that was purely mine. Getting her was one of the biggest steps I took.
Nako is a play on words that does not mean "my child," even though I love her like one. She knows she is pretty. She gets compliments all the time. And yes, she is cute.

After years for both of us of being single or in other relationships, we started making time to explore the world together. Hawaii, Japan, Mexico, Vegas. Domestic trips when we can. Small trinkets from the road, including caricatures.

One of those little collections we keep coming back to. Waikiki and wherever else we land with a sketchpad waiting. Proof we were there, drawn a little silly on purpose.

We work from home across from each other. My only coworkers are Eric and our pets, Nako and Kirby. Same room, different tabs. That is the everyday version of us.

When we moved in together, that is when I got Kirby. He is our cat. Eric's first, then ours. Orange, fluffy, and convinced the cat tree is a throne.

2026 has been one of the biggest years of my life. Speaking and taking on opportunities as an introvert. Getting married. A real identity change, from San Antonio to Togashi, and everything that comes with saying yes to a bigger life.
Hawaii. The wedding. The start of that chapter.
